Job summary

ASE SEMICONDUCTOR (PENANG) SDN. BHD. offers a hands-on engineering internship in Penang, working with experienced engineers across electrical, electronic, mechanical, and manufacturing domains.

You will assist in project execution, participate in experiments, and support process improvements, while gaining exposure to semiconductor manufacturing operations and hands-on project experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or related disciplines).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and basic data analysis.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months onward.
• Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing and engineering operations.
• Hands-on experience in engineering projects and process improvement.

Responsibilities
