Job summary

OPPO by JIE Business Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking an E-commerce Operations Assistant to support daily listing management across major platforms, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, images and stock levels.

You will help process online orders, coordinate fulfilment and shipping, monitor order status, and assist with campaigns and new product launches. The role requires proactive communication and timely responses to customer inquiries via chat.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating product listings, pricing, descriptions, images and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
• Assist with online order processing, fulfilment, shipment coordination and order status monitoring.
• Support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, vouchers and new product launches.
