Tin City Impact is seeking a Marketing Intern in Kuala Lumpur to support daily outreach on social platforms, respond to inquiries, and assist with influencer and partnership messages. You will gain real-world experience while contributing to client projects.

You'll track and report social media and ad performance metrics, learn across teams (marketing admin, content creation, and design), and take on tasks that add value to the team.

Tin City Impact (TCI) is an end-to-end digital creative agency focused on driving measurable revenue, branding, and engagement impact for clients. The team is made up of highly motivated industry experts who help clients sell more and worry less through strategic and creative solutions. TCI delivers services across brand and marketing strategy, digital platforms management, lead generation and sales, paid digital advertising, web development, SEO, and creative production. What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct daily outreach on social platforms for clients
• Respond to inquiries, influencers, and partnership messages
• Track and report social media and ad performance metrics
• Learn and assist with various digital marketing tasks (across different teams)

2.Marketing Administration

• Tracking data metrics for clients
• Creation of proposals, letters, etc, for stakeholder management/relations
• Conducting research & list building for clients: influencers, hashtags, competitors, etc.
• Taking on additional client projects as needed to add value to the team

3.Creative Design & Content Creation

• Design basic graphics for social media posts and ads with guidance
• Collaborate with the design team and client managers
• Contribute to visual content that aligns with brand needs
