Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant auditing experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to leverage technology for value-adding audits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Internal Audit in executing audits as outlined in the annual audit plan.
• Plan and conduct risk-based audits following Allianz's framework and standards.
• Draft audit findings, lead closing meetings, and present results to management.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports with proper documentation.
• Ensure audits are completed within timelines and follow compliance requirements.
• Monitor progress on action plans addressing audit findings.
• Utilize data analytics and technology to improve audit efficiency.
• Assist in annual risk assessment and audit planning.
• Prepare management materials for committee and board meetings.
• Support ad-hoc reviews and enablement activities as needed.
