Finexus Group is seeking a hands-on Internal Audit Manager to lead risk-based audits across fintech entities. You will manage a small team, engage senior stakeholders, and partner with external audit partners, ensuring objectivity while guiding AI and automation adoption.

You will stay close to the work to guarantee practical, risk-based findings that business teams can act on, and you will champion innovative audit approaches across the function.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, IT, or related discipline.
• Certifications (CIA, CISA, CPA, ACCA, CFE, CAMS) are an advantage but not mandatory.
• At least 6 years of relevant internal/external IT audit or risk assurance experience.
• 2–3 years of experience leading audit engagements or supervising staff.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated tech environments preferred.
