Job Purpose

Support Sales & Marketing team on developing and producing high quality visualizations for tender bid, and marketing in the most timely and accurate manner.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Produce renderings and animations for proposal bids and marketing based on Haworth brand guidelines.

• Handle larger scale and complex projects for rendering & animation work.

• Prepare a storyboard before production stage of animation.

• Enhance final visuals using photo/video editing applications in post-production stage.

• Work with Sales, Product Development & Marketing team to understand the project requirements/expectations.

• Work collaboratively with other visualization artists & designers.

• Support Visualization Supervisor/Managers on liaison with all markets.

• Create 2D & 3D assets based on the project requirements and Haworth brand guidelines.

• Ensure all client deliverables are met on a timely basis with consistency and high-quality standards.

• Continuously improve workflows and processes.

• Share best practices, identify process improvement and operational waste reduction.

• Maintain Visualization SharePoint site by uploading renderings & animation videos to the library on a weekly/monthly basis.

• Update project status to supervisors in the daily stand-up/virtual meeting.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in 3D visualization and animation.

• Able to create high-quality rendering images & animations.

• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop & Forest Pack Pro.

• Experience in motion graphics/2D animation is a plus.

• Experience in using animation tools in Unreal Engine is a plus.

• Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.

• Ability to think conceptually and have a great eye for details.

• Willing to work overtime, dedicated, meticulous and a details personality.

• Ability to multitask and must be able to work independently as well as in collaborative team environment and take direction.

• Self-motivated, very organized, have a good communication and time management skills.

• Capable of completing work on or ahead of schedule.

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Must possess artistic talent and creativity.

• Up to date with latest visualization techniques, best practices, and technologies.
