Job summary

Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad is seeking enthusiastic Marketing Interns to join our Sales & Marketing teams in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will gain hands-on experience while supporting market research, asset development, product launches and campaigns.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing, strong English communication, and a proactive, fast-paced mindset. This internship offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration within a regional consumer goods

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather market insights and conduct research on dairy categories, especially for Coffee & Tea and Ice Cream.
• Develop marketing assets, presentations and communication materials.
• Assist with new product launches and marketing campaigns and activations.
• Provide support for ongoing marketing projects and initiatives.
• Assist with lead generation, lead qualification, and customer database management.
• Coordinate customer visits, route planning and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain and update sales trackers and customer information records.
• Monitor lead status and provide timely updates to the Sales team.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Collaborate with Distributor Managers, Sales Operations and Administration teams.

Marketing Intern: Key Responsibilities

Gather market insights and conduct research on dairy categories, particularly for Coffee & Tea and Ice Cream applications.

Support the development of marketing assets, presentations, and other communication materials.

Assist with new product launches and other marketing campaigns and activations.

Provide general support for ongoing marketing projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements
