Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing and sales events to deliver sales targets.
• Assist with market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
• Assist with target market analysis and leads profiling to support business decisions.
• Coordinate inter/intra-department and external workflow to ensure timely marketing deliverables.

The intern will gain hands‑on experience in property marketing, market research, competitor analysis, and project branding, while working closely with the team to support the promotion of our property developments and township projects.

Key Responsibilities

• To assist team where necessary to plan, coordinate and execute marketing and sales events such as sales launches, promotional activities, roadshow, exhibition etc to deliver sales target.
• To assist team to carry out market research and competitor analysis to supplement business decisions.
• To assist the team to conduct target market analysis and leads profile to supplement business decisions.
• To coordinate inter/intra-department and external work flow in order to achieve timely completion of marketing deliverables.
