Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist documentation and data compilation.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of IT interns.

Project Coordinator Intern - Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands‑on experience in event management, people management, and content creation. If you’re passionate about people and eager to learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate end‑to‑end large scale events, projects and meetings (Leadership summits, campus recruitments, bootcamps etc.)
• Collaborate with cross team members and provide ad‑hoc support (External meetings, events, proposals)
• Create and edit international promotional posters and videos
• Manage and assist documentation and data compilation
• Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures of IT interns
• Gain exposure to IT applications - Low Code Application Platform Development (LCAP), PowerBI, Simple AI/ML Projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in Business Management, Administration, Communication, Psychology or relevant field
• Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Employer Branding
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic video editing tools is a plus
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
