Job summary

Koocester is seeking a creative Performance Content Producer Intern who loves social media, video and content that delivers results. You'll learn hands-on content creation for TikTok and Instagram Reels while collaborating with Producers, Editors, Marketing and Sales.

Ideal candidates are current students or fresh graduates in Media, Marketing or Communications, with a passion for digital trends, basic filming and editing skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment in Kuala

Qualifications

• Student or fresh graduate in Media, Marketing, Communications, Film or related field.
• Passionate about TikTok, Reels and digital content.
• Creative, organised and willing to learn.
• Basic filming or video-editing skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social content production.
• Assist with content ideas, scripting and storyboarding.
• Participate in filming and video shoots.
• Coordinate production schedules, talents and shoot requirements.
• Research trends, hooks and high-performing content formats.
• Work closely with Producers, Video Editors, Marketing and Sales.
• Track content performance, including views, engagement and retention.
• Support content revisions and ensure deadlines are met.
