Job summary

Konan Design is seeking a driven content and communications assistant in Malaysia to build compelling stories around construction projects. You will craft social media posts, website copy, client reports, and internal updates that clearly convey progress and design intent.

You will produce short-form photos and videos to document on-site progress for marketing and client use, and help prepare case studies and handover documents reflecting real conditions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; portfolio or sample work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create clear written content for social media, website, client reports, and internal updates that communicate project progress and design intent.
• Produce short form photo and video content to document site progress and finishing work for marketing and client use.
• Manage a simple content calendar and schedule posts across platforms, ensuring messaging is consistent and timely.
• Support client-facing materials and presentations by turning technical notes into readable, client-friendly copy.
• Work with project teams to capture site stories, coordinate shoots, and gather approvals from stakeholders.
• Help prepare case studies, progress reports, and handover documentation that reflect actual site conditions.
