Job summary

A leading coffee and tea company seeks a motivated Learning and Development Intern to join the HR team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. This internship offers hands-on experience focusing on employee training and development programs. Interns will coordinate training sessions, prepare materials, and gather feedback on training effectiveness. Ideal candidates will be enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or diploma program and possess a strong interest in learning and development. Commitment of at least 6 months is required.

• Commitment: available for at least 6 months; 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain L&D records and assist with reports and presentations.
• Research industry trends and best practices in L&D.

• Academic Program: You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree / diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field or equivalent.

• Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6months to this internship.
• Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week.
