Job summary

Prudential Malaysia invites an Intern 1, Creative Designer, to join the Agency Campaign Management & Mobility Uplift team. You will help develop campaign visuals, assets and content for agency initiatives and internal communications.

You will translate concepts into engaging visuals and ensure alignment with brand standards and governance. You will support day-to-day campaign execution, maintain working files and trackers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely creative outputs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Arts, Marketing, Mass Communication or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of design principles, layout, typography, visual communication and digital content creation.
• Familiarity with design and productivity tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint, Copilot, ChatGPT or equivalent platforms is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and execution skills with ability to work within timelines.
• Prior internship, coursework or portfolio experience in creative design or digital content development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign creative and promotional assets including posters, banners, templates and slides.
• Translate campaign mechanics into clear and engaging visual content for agents.
• Ensure materials align with brand governance and internal guidelines.
• Provide day-to-day campaign execution and administrative support, including updating trackers and organizing assets.
