Job summary

AirAsia in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Executive, Interline & Codeshare to drive interline and codeshare partnerships, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and strong partner relationships.

You will analyze performance, support onboarding of new partners, and collaborate with Network Planning, Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations to optimize network connectivity and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• A Levels, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Aviation, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in airline commercial functions, preferably interline/codeshare/revenue management or network planning.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in building clear, structured presentations using Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with charts, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with industry standards and systems such as IATCI, IATA TTBS, IATA Clearing House, e-ticketing, and multiple PSSs.
• Experience within the aviation or airport ecosystem is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing management of interline and codeshare agreements.
• Coordinate with partner airlines on operational, commercial, and system-related matters.
• Monitor partnership performance and prepare regular reports and analysis.
• Assist in identifying potential new partners and support onboarding activities.
• Work closely with internal teams including Network Planning, Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in fare filings, ticketing processes, and settlement procedures.
• Support troubleshooting of interline and codeshare issues (ticketing, proration, billing, etc.).
• Maintain proper documentation of agreements, processes, and workflows.
