• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of project coordination, site management, and interior design processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections to ensure work is carried out according to specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on project issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare quotations, variation orders, and project-related correspondence.
• Maintain proper filing and records of project documents.
