About This Role:

As an Interior Designer in Architecture, you will be responsible for planning and creating functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for our construction projects. This role involves working closely with architects, project teams, and clients to bring design concepts to life—from layout planning to material selection. It is a great opportunity for a creative individual who is passionate about design and eager to contribute to projects that shape modern living and working environments.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Basic skills in design software: Photoshop and other software.
• Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Planner 5D, 3DMax, and Chief Architect is an advantage.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard rendering tools.
• Experience in rendering projects is highly desirable.
• Able to conduct on-site assessments to gather measurements and evaluate spatial constraints.
• Ability to adapt designs based on on-site conditions to ensure practicality and compliance with building codes.
• Capable of using rendering software to create video presentations from attached videos.
• Portfolio showcasing successful interior architecture projects.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and constraints.
• Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts aligned with project objectives.
• Ensure materials meet safety standards and stay within budget.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
