A leading global design firm is seeking an enthusiastic Interior Designer specialized in hospitality design. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-end projects, including hotels and resorts, while collaborating closely with clients and mentoring junior designers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, software proficiency, and fluency in both English and Mandarin.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative Interior Designer with a strong background in hospitality design for our client, a renown global design firm specializing in corporate office interiors and hospitality design.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects including hotels, resorts, and other high-end hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for hospitality spaces including hotels and resorts
• Produce detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications to communicate design intent clearly
• Select and source quality materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the design vision and budget
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering growth and collaboration within the team
• Stay current on hospitality design trends, materials, and innovations to inspire creative solutions

Key Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in hospitality interior design.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software including AutoCAD, Enscape, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required as need to collaborate with China-based team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
