Interior Designer cum Site Supervisor

* To assist Project Manager in propose interior design, project monitoring, scheduling, management & coordination on site.

* Manage resource requirements & allocation.

* Liaise & coordinate with worker, supplier, technician & others in daily work activities.

* Update project status.

* Minimum 2 years site & design experience.

* Solve on site issues.

* Able to work independently.

* Possess own transport.

* Able to read & understand construction drawings.

* Able to prepare 2D/3D design using Google Sketchup.

* Knowledge in MEP has added advantage.

* Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Sketchup is a must).

* Min. Certificate in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent qualifications.
