A reputable company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Interior Designer to assist in project management and design tasks. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring effective project completion. Ideal candidates will possess at least 2 years of relevant experience and have proficiency in design software like Google SketchUp. Competitive benefits include EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
* To assist the Project Manager in proposing interior design, project monitoring, scheduling, management, and coordination on site.
* Manage resource requirements and allocation.
* Liaise and coordinate with workers, suppliers, technicians, and others in daily work activities.
* Update project status regularly.
* Minimum 2 years of site and design experience.
* Solve on-site issues effectively.
* Able to work independently.
* Possess own transport.
* Able to read and understand construction drawings.
* Able to prepare 2D/3D designs using Google SketchUp.
* Knowledge of MEP is an added advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google SketchUp (must).
* Minimum qualification: Certificate in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent.
