Job description

Interior Designer cum Sales Gallery (Based in KL Gallery)

Strong sense of design creativity and ability to visualize and communicate design concepts.

Developing designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing, and appropriate for the space.

Able to handle projects independently from conceptualization to completion.

Developing and coordinating interior design drawing packages, including finish schedules, plans, material specifications, floor plans, elevations, details, etc.

Maintain good corporate relationships with clients by providing prompt follow-up services.
Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to enhance the company's market presence.

Perform sales administration tasks, manage sales activities, issue quotations, follow up on stock reservations, and handle claims or payments.

Identify suitable products to meet customer needs and manage promotional activities.

Ensure prompt responses to all customer inquiries. Monitor and document outcomes of customer interactions.

Manage and ensure the availability of samples for all new product launches in the gallery, update sample displays, and remove discontinued samples.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

1 year of experience in Interior Design is a plus.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Max software.

A self-motivated individual capable of working independently and delivering excellent customer service.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).

Own transportation is required.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
