Developing designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing, and appropriate for the space.
Able to handle projects independently from conceptualization to completion.
Developing and coordinating interior design drawing packages, including finish schedules, plans, material specifications, floor plans, elevations, and details.
Maintain good corporate relationships with clients by providing prompt follow-up services.
Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to enhance the company's market presence.
Perform sales administration tasks, including sales activities, deal information, issuing quotations, and follow-up on stock reservations and payments.
Identify suitable products to meet customer needs and engage in A & P, sales, and product promotions.
Ensure prompt responses to all customer requirements/enquiries. Monitor and update the outcomes of all customer interactions.
Manage and ensure the availability of samples for all latest product launches in the gallery, including display, updates, and removal of discontinued samples.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art, Design, Architecture, or Interior Design, or equivalent.
1 year of working experience in Interior Design is a plus.
Competency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Max software.
A self-motivated individual who can work independently and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Possess own transport.
