Interior Designer cum Drafter

1. To coordinate, manage, and produce drawings in AutoCAD.

2. Produce submission, construction, design, and dimension drawings.

- Drafters with high proficiency and experience in producing detailed drawings for carpentry and furniture are HIGHLY encouraged to apply.

3. Ensure designs and drawings comply with regulations and quality standards.

4. Able to adhere to the schedule given.

5. Coordinate with clients, logistics, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of projects.

6. Assist the project manager in supervising activities on site.

7. Perform any other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Interior Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
3. Familiar with authority submission processes and construction procedures.
4. Required Skills: AutoCAD, MS Excel, SketchUp or other drafting and modeling software. (Ability to use 3Ds Max is an advantage.)
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Good knowledge of interior fit-out project management and technical detailing.
7. Own transport and willing to travel when required.
8. Strong self-learning ability, teamwork skills, and result-oriented mindset.
9. Good organizational and communication skills.
10. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
