Job summary

Soif Kitchen | Custom Cabinetry & Interior Design in Malaysia is seeking a creative Interior Designer (Junior) to join our growing design team. This design-focused role involves real residential projects, developing concepts and 3D visuals, preparing detailed drawings, selecting materials, and coordinating with production and installation.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training and guidance will be provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Excellent space planning and design sense
• Ability to prepare detailed technical drawings
• Willingness to learn cabinetry construction and materials
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop interior and cabinetry design concepts
• Prepare space planning, layouts and 3D visualisations
• Prepare detailed drawings for production and installation
• Design kitchens, wardrobes, TV cabinets and whole-house cabinetry
• Assist with colour, material and finishing selections
• Attend site measurements and site visits when required
• Coordinate with sales designers, production and installation teams
• Revise drawings according to site conditions and customer requirements
• Ensure designs are practical, accurate and suitable for production
• Follow projects from design development through completion

Soif Kitchen | Custom Cabinetry & Interior Design

We are looking for a creative and motivated Interior Designer to join our growing design team.

This is a design-focused position. You will work on real residential projects, develop design concepts and 3D visuals, prepare detailed drawings, select materials, and coordinate with our production and installation teams to bring your designs to life.

• Prepare detailed drawings for production and installation
• Design kitchens, wardrobes, TV cabinets and whole-house cabinetry

• Revise drawings according to site conditions and customer requirements
• Ensure designs are practical, accurate and suitable for production

What We're Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Knowledge of AutoCAD & SketchUp
• Good sense of space planning, colour and design
• Able to prepare detailed technical drawings
• Willing to learn about cabinetry construction and materials
• Responsible, organised and attentive to details
• Able to communicate and work well within a team
• Comfortable attending site visits when required
• Own transportation is an advantage
