1.English Job Requirement

Proficient in required software such as 3D Max, AutoCad, Adobe Ps and Ai is a plus
Minimum at least a year of working experience in relevant field (Interior Design)
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

2.English Job Responsibility/Job Description

A. Space Planning and Design:
Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design projects, from initial client meetings to final implementation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Develop detailed space plans, layouts, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the project's aesthetic and functional requirements.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

B. Project Management:
Manage and oversee all phases of interior design projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the seamless execution of design plans.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design team members.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to meet project goals and deadlines.
Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications.

C. Client Communication and Presentation:
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by actively listening to their feedback and addressing their concerns.

Present design concepts, proposals, and budgets to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Prepare and deliver presentations, mood boards, and material samples that illustrate the design vision.
Incorporate client feedback into design revisions and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor on interior design trends and innovations.
