Qualifications:
  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in relevant fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Independent, persuasive interpersonal skills, and results-driven.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate and numerate.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and design commercial, industrial, public, retail, and residential building interiors, considering factors that enhance living and working environments and sales promotion.
  • Coordinate and participate in construction and decoration processes.
  • Determine objectives and constraints of design briefs by consulting with clients and stakeholders.
  • Research and analyze spatial, functional, safety, and aesthetic requirements.
  • Formulate design concepts for building interiors.
  • Prepare sketches, diagrams, illustrations, and plans to communicate design concepts.
  • Negotiate design solutions with clients, management, suppliers, and construction staff.
  • Select, specify, and recommend materials, furniture, and products for interiors.
  • Detail and document designs for construction.
  • Coordinate interior construction and decoration.
  • Design and paint stage scenery.
  • Design and decorate display areas to promote products and services.
