Job description

Design Creation: Develop layout plans, 3D/2D drawings, sketches, and visual representations for projects.

Client Collaboration: Understand client needs and propose innovative design concepts aligned with their preferences.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with Site Supervisor on design development, presentations, and production.

Material and Color Selection: Recommend appropriate construction materials, color schemes, and carpentry work.

Team Liaison: Maintain ongoing communication with project teams regarding project progress.

Site Activities: Attend site visits, measurements, and meetings with clients as necessary.

Ad-Hoc Support: Assist in various ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Fresh graduate/1 Year working experience in related role and industry

Knowledge of AutoCad & 3D Studiomax, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, MS Office.

Strong design creativity and attention to detail.

Team-oriented, self-motivated, and committed.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality service to clients.

Able to start work immediately will be an added advantages
