About the role

Ace Cabinet Design Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualising and executing exceptional design solutions for our diverse range of clients. This is a full-time position based in Semenyih, Selangor, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences

Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts that align with the client's vision

Prepare detailed design plans, including floor plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications

Selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, finishes, and decor elements to bring the design vision to life

Collaborate with the sales person and production team to ensure designs are feasible and can be executed effectively

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in the interior design industry, preferably in a similar role

Strong technical skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp

Excellent visualisation and presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas

Attention to detail and the ability to work within budgetary and timeline constraints

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with clients and project teams
