We are looking for talented individuals to fill the following position:

1) Intermediate Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Engage in client consultations to understand project requirements, style preferences, and budget.
• Develop mood boards, conceptual designs, space planning, and detailed 3D perspectives.
• Produce detailed drawings and design development documentation.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to resolve design-related issues.
• Address project challenges proactively to maintain timelines and quality.
• Ensure a high level of detail and design precision in all tasks.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the interior design field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical drawing skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Good attitude, punctuality, positive mindset, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Passionate about design.
• Self-learning, spontaneous, and eager to improve.
• Proficient and fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
• Own transport for site visits is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
