Job description

• Project set-up, design, and construction administration, in support of project objectives and project requirements;

• Obtain, collate, and analyze all necessary resources before design input, including site survey/measurement and design schedule;

• Coordinate and facilitate communication between relevant parties involved, including consultants, contractors, and suppliers, in the design process to ensure all designs meet standards, guidelines, and client expectations;

• Space planning, conceptual design, and design development—working together to brainstorm for design direction and conceptualization;

• Prepare tender and construction drawings, assist with tender processes, and conduct site observations;

• Attend meetings with clients and other project team members.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the related field with site exposure;
• Ability to generate AutoCAD drawings for design and construction purposes;
• Design flair or ability to design is an advantage;
• Resourceful and a team player;
• Based in Selangor and willing to travel outstation when necessary.
