About the role

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Hawt Dotz Sdn Bhd. As an Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of various projects, contributing to the company's growth and creating exceptional design solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their design needs, preferences, and budget. Provide design solutions that align with their vision while ensuring practicality and functionality.
2. Design Concept Development: Create design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans for both residential and commercial spaces. Develop functional layouts that maximize space utilization, considering traffic flow, furniture placement, and lighting. Ensure the design is practical, comfortable, and efficient for the intended use.
3. Sales Management: Build relationships with clients to increase sales opportunities, close deals effectively, and manage project budgets to meet clients’ design aspirations.
4. Project Management: Oversee design projects from initial concept to final installation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, offering design advice, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and team members to coordinate orders, deliveries, and installations. Monitor project deadlines to keep the design process on schedule.
7. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and products to offer innovative solutions and stay competitive.
8. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, project progress, and client feedback to management. Contribute to sales targets and business growth strategies.
