About the role

Zense Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As our Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualising and delivering visually stunning interior designs that align with the company's vision and clients' requirements. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of projects within the design and architecture industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Produce concept designs including space planning, design conceptualization, materials and colour schemes, and detailed drawing specifications with elevations.
2. Complete tasks with excellent time management skills and meet tight deadlines.
3. Produce all 2D & 3D drawings and inspect site works with minimal supervision.
4. Attend site and project department meetings.
5. Contact suppliers and collect material samples.
6. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) for Interior Design works.

Job Requirements

1. Possess at least a recognized Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
2. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Strong knowledge and skills in AutoCAD, 3D Max/SketchUp.
4. Willing to travel for work.
5. Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.

What we're looking for

1. At least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
2. 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Enscape.
4. Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently.
5. Possess own transport.
