Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in kitchen or cabinetry design.
  • Proficient in communication, especially in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possession of a positive and can-do attitude.

  • Create concept designs for clients using proprietary design software.
  • Achieve sales targets through lead follow-up and client relationship development.
  • Manage client projects and coordinate with relevant departments.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Meet clients and produce concept designs, including space planning, materials, and color schemes.
  2. Prepare space planning designs using our proprietary Design Software App.
  3. Achieve personal sales performance and targets by following up on leads and developing client relationships.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of products and services for each project.
  5. Manage client project needs and coordinate with relevant departments to monitor progress.
  6. Record, analyze, and report on follow-up progress of leads and sales in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  1. 1 to 2 years of experience in kitchen or cabinetry design, interior design, or loose furniture is advantageous. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  2. Knowledge of cabinetry products, home furniture, and interior design for home renovation is a plus.
  3. Sales-driven with a pleasant personality and a can-do attitude.
  4. Good communication skills in English, Mandarin (for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients), and Bahasa Malaysia.
  5. Own transportation is required.
