Requirements

• Minimum education is a Degree with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design or home furnishings.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Compulsory Skills: AutoCAD skills, own transport.
• Strong design skills and proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for interior design trends and materials.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their design needs.
• Develop space planning concepts, prepare design proposals, and demonstrate good graphic presentation skills.
• Prepare drawings and specifications for interior construction, space planning, materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
• Coordinate with project teams for finish plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction.
• Focus on client needs across various project types or multiple concurrent projects at different stages.
• Multi-task on various projects effectively.
• Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.
• Assist in sales and marketing strategies.
• Sourcing materials and purchasing.
• Brief and obtain costing from contractors and suppliers.
• Meet with clients to finalize drawing details.
• Assist project team with detailing and site coordination as needed.
• Monitor factory team progress in carpentry detailing and assist in purchasing.
• Guide interns and communicate with superiors.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Material Rack periodically.
• Assist in material selection on behalf of clients and shopping with clients if needed.
• Update files on the server regularly.
• Assist in selling interior design services for upcoming Sunpina projects.
