Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Produce concept drawings, space planning, 3D perspectives, layout plans, and design development in accordance with project requirements.
  • Possess relevant experience and knowledge in Interior Design and work closely with clients.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating creativity and a positive attitude.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Complete tasks and deliver projects on time as assigned by superiors.
  • Manage site work and oversee projects from design concept to completion.
  • Prepare quotations and project costing.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Monitor project sites to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Architecture & Design or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Interior Design, especially Corporate Office Design.
  • Proficiency in software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, 3D Max/SketchUp & V-ray.
  • Good communication and listening skills, with the ability to connect company products with customer needs.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a good work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and responsible.
  • Willing to pursue career development opportunities.
  • Own transportation is required.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
