Job description

Are you passionate about creating stunning interior spaces that blend aesthetics with functionality? We're looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our vibrant team in Eco Palladium, Johor Bahru.

If you have a strong design sense, solid technical skills, and the ability to lead junior designers — we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Develop creative and practical interior design concepts
2. Produce detailed layout plans, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
3. Review and ensure design quality from junior designers
4. Manage project timelines and collaborate with internal teams
5. Stay current on trends, materials, and new design technologies
6. Oversee project implementation and liaise with contractors as needed

Who We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools
• Strong eye for design, detail, and technical execution
• Confident in guiding and supervising junior designers
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to work with Mandarin-speaking clients and team members
• A good team player with multitasking and problem-solving skills
