INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANT (SALES DESIGNER)

We are an established Interior Design and Renovation company with branches in Subang Jaya SS15 and Elmina Shah Alam, specializing in residential projects. We are seeking capable, well-qualified, motivated candidates who are committed to long-term career prospects for the following position:

Position: Interior Design Consultant (Sales Designer)

Locations: Selangor - Elmina Shah Alam outlet (2 vacancies)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare layout plans and 3D drawings.
• Demonstrate good space planning, design flair, and knowledge in residential projects.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• Work closely with clients to ensure all necessary information for the successful production of design elements is clearly understood.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Required skills: Kujiale, AiHouse, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work in Subang Jaya SS15 or Elmina Shah Alam.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to meet deadlines, confident, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Possess a positive attitude, honesty, good communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
