Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant Manager to develop and implement interior design strategies for consignment, retail renovation, and fit-out projects. The role focuses on enhancing the company’s brand identity and aligning design concepts with business goals through effective space planning, material selection, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Develop design strategies, space plans, and 3D perspectives for consignment, retail renovation, and fit-out projects.
  • Select materials and design elements that align with the company’s brand identity and standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and present design concepts, layouts, and material boards.
  • Revise and improve design layouts according to project needs.
  • Supervise and coordinate site works to ensure alignment with design intent and project timeline.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, and progress tracking.
  • Assist in leading and guiding the design team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design or retail fit-out projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, space planning, and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in retail or commercial design will be an advantage.
