Maxcis Niaga Sdn Bhd is seeking a 3D Designer cum Interior Designer to support interior design and project development, producing high-quality visualizations and technical drawings to meet client requirements and company standards.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design (or related field) and a strong portfolio. You will work on concept development, space planning, and collaboration with project teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant interior design and 3D visualization experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing interior design projects and 3D renderings.
Strong understanding of design aesthetics, space planning, and material selection.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
Produce high-quality 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization for interior projects.
Prepare layout plans, space planning, and technical drawings (2D & 3D).
Assist in material selection, finishes, and design detailing.
Work closely with project team to ensure design aligns with requirements and timeline.
Attend client discussions and provide design proposals when required.
Conduct site visits, measurements, and progress checking when necessary.
Revise drawings and 3D visuals based on feedback from clients and management.
Ensure all design outputs are completed on time and meet quality standards.
