Job summary

Maxcis Niaga Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative 3D Designer to support interior design and project presentation needs in Shah Alam, Selangor. The role focuses on producing detailed 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization for proposals and client presentations.

You will collaborate with the project team to ensure design outputs meet expectations, assist in space planning, and refine visuals based on feedback, while managing timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D design and rendering work (mandatory).
• Strong sense of design, lighting, composition, and detailing.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization based on project requirements.
• Prepare 3D perspectives and presentation materials for client proposals.
• Assist in space planning and layout visualization when required.
• Work closely with project team and management to ensure design outputs meet expectations.
• Support preparation of basic drawings and layout plans (if required).
• Attend site visits for measurements and progress checking when necessary.
• Revise and improve 3D visuals based on feedback from clients and management.
• Ensure all design deliverables are completed within the given timeline.
