Overview

Ideatect Concept' is seeking a motivated and organized Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in driving sales and supporting the delivery of upcoming and ongoing projects for our growing company.

What you'll be doing

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
• Carry out design concepts and details, 3D perspectives, layout plans and knowledge in residential and commercial projects
• Carry out ad-hoc duties / tasks when requested by management; independent and punctual
• Prepare detailed design drawings, 2D and 3D renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design
• Participate in on-site assessments, collect data and measurements, and analyze space requirements to inform your designs

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Interior Design Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a professional interior design role
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Able to produce conceptual interior/furniture design drawings for presentation to clients with working drawings and detail drawings for construction
• Able to create and design products which attend to customers’ wants and needs
• Own transportation for convenient commuting and site visits
