Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Architecture or Interior Design, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Required skills: SketchUp, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD.
• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and numerate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of the design process, from concept design, presentation drawings, submission, and design development drawings to tender drawings and construction.
• Assist in conceptualizing proposals relevant to the architectural concept of the projects.
• Assist in building plan submission and project management.
