Job description

The Intercompany Analyst is responsible to support global intercompany processes, ensuring accurate calculation, recording, and reconciliation of intercompany transactions. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity across group entities and ensuring compliance with internal governance and transfer pricing frameworks.

Description

  • Prepare and issue intercompany invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring alignment with service delivery and legal entity structures.
  • Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations, identify variances, and work with relevant entities to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to internal intercompany governance frameworks, including consistent application of transfer pricing policies and internal controls.
  • Manage intercompany-related accruals, ensuring accurate reflection of services rendered or received across entities.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, including SOPs, process flows, and control checklists for audit and operational consistency.
  • Support monthly reporting, group consolidation efforts, and provide ad hoc analysis or documentation to finance leadership and external auditors as required.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in intercompany accounting, shared services, or financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of intercompany billing, reconciliation, and transfer pricing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AS400) is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
