Jora Malaysia is seeking a UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of relevant experience, featuring a strong portfolio of user-centered design solutions for web, Android, and iOS. Proficiency in Figma with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, plus a solid grasp of Product Design, Interaction Design, and design systems like Material Design and Apple guidelines.

Experience with Usability Testing and User Interviews to gather insights and iterate on designs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web, Android, and iOS.
Solid grasp of design principles including Product Design and Interaction Design, and familiarity with Material Design and Apple guidelines.
Experience conducting Usability Testing and User Interviews to gather insights and iterate on designs.
Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces and seamless user experiences.
Familiarity with designing for Trading Interfaces is a plus for financial apps.
Excellent communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are advantageous.
Passion for staying updated with UI/UX trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into intuitive UI for web, Android, and iOS.
Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, adhering to design systems.
Conduct usability testing and user interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and cross-functional input.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system for consistency.
Assist in creating visual assets, icons, and other design elements aligned with the brand.
Stay up-to-date with latest UI/UX trends and propose innovative solutions.
