Location: Xiamen University Malaysia Campus (XMUM), Sepang, Malaysia

Position Type: Full-Time

Pinstar Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Intelligent Operations Engineer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting the implementation and maintenance of intelligent systems and IT infrastructure on campus. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge intelligent operations projects and provide technical support to enhance the campus’s digital and operational ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in the construction and implementation of intelligent network projects, including project management, plan formulation, progress tracking, requirement analysis, system testing, and project acceptance, ensuring timely completion with high quality.
2. Provide technical support for intelligent systems, troubleshoot issues during system operation, and conduct regular maintenance and upgrades.
3. Collect and analyze data from intelligent systems, propose optimization suggestions, and enhance system performance and efficiency.
4. Collaborate effectively with team members, other departments, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Undertake additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support campus operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with stakeholders.
• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Electronic Communication, Automation, or Building Intelligence.
• Strong interest and keen insight into new technologies and trends in the IoT and intelligent systems industry, with excellent learning ability.
• Solid foundational knowledge in the field, familiarity with intelligent industry standards and developments, and experience in system installation and debugging; prior experience in campus intelligent system construction or promotion is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and writing proficiency, capable of drafting intelligent solutions and technical documentation, with the ability to handle unexpected issues effectively.
• Excellent planning, organizational, coordination, communication, and negotiation skills; a strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, proactive team spirit, and service mindset; able to independently address and resolve various situations during intelligent system integration.
• Fresh graduates with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT systems, programming, database administration, or troubleshooting are encouraged to apply.
