A leading company in the industry is seeking an Integrity and Communications Officer to enhance compliance awareness and facilitate ethical behavior across its operations. The successful candidate will develop communication strategies, manage reporting channels, and design compliance training, playing a key role in promoting integrity throughout the organization. Candidates should ideally possess a degree in communications or a related field and have 2-5 years of experience in a compliance or corporate communications role.

This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that promote ethical behavior, ensure effective dissemination of compliance policies and procedures, and manage our organization's reporting channels and investigation processes. The Integrity and Communications Officer will work closely with the Group Compliance Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and will serve as a key liaison between the Compliance department and all business units, ensuring that compliance messaging resonates across all products & functions.

Responsibilities

Communications & Awareness

Develop and execute integrated communication strategies to promote ethical conduct and compliance awareness across all products and functions

Create and disseminate integrity-related communications content including newsletters, presentations, policy updates and training materials

Design and implement targeted communication campaigns for policy rollouts, regulatory updates, and compliance initiatives

Collaborate with product & functions across the organisation to ensure consistent messaging while adapting for local cultural and regulatory requirements

Speak Up Program Management

Oversee the organization's Speak Up and reporting channels, including online portals, and alternative reporting mechanisms

Promote awareness of reporting channels through strategic communication campaigns and training programs

Ensure accessibility and effectiveness of reporting mechanisms across all geographic locations, products, and functions

Monitor reporting trends and provide regular analytics to senior management and board committees on integrity and compliance matters

Coordinate external communications related to integrity initiatives and regulatory interactions

Support investigation processes by ensuring proper documentation, communication protocols, and stakeholder coordination

Assist in managing investigation timelines and reporting requirements

Facilitate communication between investigation teams, products, functions, and external parties as appropriate

Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive information throughout investigation processes

Prepare investigation summaries and trend reports for senior management and board committees

Training & Education

Develop and deliver compliance training programs focusing on ethical decision-making and reporting obligations

Create interactive training modules, workshops, and awareness sessions for various employee segments

Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to integrate compliance messaging into broader organizational training initiatives

Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve program content and delivery methods

Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders on integrity and compliance matters

Build and maintain relationships with industry peers, professional associations, and regulatory authorities

Represent the organization at integrity and compliance forums, conferences, and working groups

Collaborate with business units to embed integrity considerations into operational processes and decision-making

Qualifications:

Relevant diploma or advanced/higher/graduate degree (communications, business administration, law or related field) from an accredited university or college

Minimum 2 to 5 years of work experience in compliance, corporate communications or related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, investigation skills,good project management skills,self-motivated,and independent.

Experience in multinational corporation environment preferred

Background in ethics and compliance program management highly desirable

Previous experience managing investigation processes or case management systems preferred
