Integration Consultant (Australian Payroll)

You will work as an integral part of the Implementation team to facilitate client data mapping and translations to data structures and values.
What you’ll do:
- Functional owner of data integration into GlobalView.
- Facilitates client data mapping and translations to GlobalView data structures and values.
- Responsible for client data conversion, load, and verification.
- Advises clients based on previous experiences with similar HCM Integrations.
- Partners with GlobalView Consultants regarding configuration and readiness of foundational data.
- Ensures the quality of the integration solution and maintains operational client satisfaction.
- Transitions client and pertinent artifacts into client services.
- Creates an inspiring team environment, sets team goals, tracks, and reports team metrics.
Qualifications you’ll need:
- 6-8 years of payroll configuration experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum of 4 years in implementation or client service.
- Familiarity with Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, or similar HR SOR systems.
- Payroll background, preferably Australian Payroll.
- Data mapping, translation, and conversion experience.
- Previous experience leading HCM integration teams such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, and WFN as HR SOR.
- Experience as an Integration and/or Interface consultant.
- Experience in a client-facing consulting role.
- Experience managing client relationships.
