Job summary

Valtatech is seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the design and delivery of Coupa to ERP integrations across SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 and other financial systems. This hands-on role requires building end-to-end integration patterns and ensuring data quality, security, and scalability.

You will work with business stakeholders and Coupa and ERP teams to define middleware architecture, APIs and connectors, run SIT/UAT, deployments to production and post go-live support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Integration Architecture.
• Experience with APIs and REST integrations.
• Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP PI/PO).
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end integration architecture between Coupa and ERP systems.
• Ensure reliable, scalable integration designs based on data and volume.
• Build integrations following best-practice standards for quality and performance.
• Define an integration hub architecture for data transformation and orchestration.
• Design bi-directional integrations to flow procurement transactions to financial systems.
• Lead development of integrations using middleware platforms and API connectors.
• Define transformation logic, orchestration flows, and monitoring capabilities.
• Implement robust error handling, retry logic, and monitoring for integrations.

Integration Architect (Coupa & ERP Integrations)

Valtatech is seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise integrations between Coupa (Spend Management platform) and enterprise ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, and other financial systems. This role will be responsible for defining and implementing integration architecture that enables seamless data exchange between procurement systems and ERP platforms, ensuring compliance, scalability, and operational reliability. The Integration Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, ERP teams, and Coupa implementation teams to design integration solutions using middleware platforms, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns. This is a hands‑on role where the architect will be designing and building the integrations, including performing and supporting SIT, UAT, Deployment to Production and post go‑live hypercare support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build the end‑to‑end integration architecture between Coupa and ERP systems
• Ensure the Integration design and architecture is reliable, and scalable based on customer's data and volume requirements
• Ensure Integrations are designed and built in‑line with the best practice industry standards, quality and performance
• Define the middleware‑based integration hub that orchestrates and transforms data flows between procurement and financial systems
• Design bi‑directional integrations between Coupa and ERP systems to ensure procurement transactions flow correctly to financial systems
• Lead the development of integrations using enterprise middleware platforms and API‑based connectors
• Define and build transformation logic, orchestration flows, and integration monitoring capabilities
• Implement robust error handling, retry logic, and monitoring mechanisms for integration processes
• Establish integration standards covering mapping specifications, data transformation, volume and frequency management, and integration testing processes
• Lead integration workshops and define Integration Requirements Documents (IRD) and mapping specifications

About you

• 6+ years in Integration Architecture
• Strong experience designing integrations between SaaS platforms and ERP systems
• Experience with APIs and REST integrations
• Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP PI/PO, or similar)
• Experience with SAP BAPI / RFC connectors
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns
• Knowledge of data mapping and transformation
• Knowledge of event‑driven and batch integration models
• Knowledge of error handling and monitoring strategies
• Preferred: Coupa implementation experience (Procurement, Sourcing, SIM)
