Integrated Supply Chain Leader, Personal Health JAPAC

Job Description

The JAPAC Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Personal Health Leader is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes within Zone JAPAC covering 5 districts. He / She plays a pivotal role in aligning supply chain strategies with regional dynamics, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the overall success of the organization in the JAPAC markets.

Your Role

• Maintains a close relationship with local sales teams, and acts as a first escalation point in supply chain matters, while ensuring that commercial decisions are taken with the supply chain impact considered.
• Drives an optimal balance of demand, inventory and service level through integrated planning and demand plan enrichment.
• Initiates changes to supply chain management concepts in accordance with key customer requirements leading to continuous improvements across the E2E supply chain.
• Drives performance through the application of continuous improvement by applying LEAN and problem-solving approach.
• Ensures that output of our warehouse and 3PL activities meets current service requirements and is delivered with competitive costs and speed, according to the defined customer segmentation.
• Pro-actively embeds quality in products and processes while complying with relevant business and regulatory requirements.
• Creates and maintains a safe working environment that continuously improves the Health and Safety of workers, including identification and management of occupational risk, provision of information and training, review of performance and provision of sufficient resources to maintain an effective H&S program.

You're likely the right fit for the role if you possess

• Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• 15+ years of integrated supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading a diverse team and building capability.
• Prior working experience from Consumer Goods / FMCG / Pharmaceutical / Retail industries.
• Good understanding of e-commerce.
• Experience managing multiple markets, possess strong knowledge of the Asia markets.
• Ability to navigate through complexity and problem-solve.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
