Job Description

We’re looking for an Integrated Strategy Planner/Strategic Planner to lead insight development, campaign messaging, and creative thinking across multiple platforms. This person will serve as the connective tissue between data, audience insight, and big creative ideas—turning client briefs into powerful strategic narratives that shape content across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.

You’ll work closely with PR, creative, social, and paid media teams to ensure ideas are not only creatively compelling, but also rooted in strategic clarity and cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities

Insight Development & Brief Interrogation

  • Decode client briefs to uncover the true problem, opportunity, or behavioral shift required.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research—brand audits, competitor scans, audience behavior, cultural trends.
  • Translate data and observations into actionable insights that unlock fresh campaign thinking.

Strategic & Creative Thinking

  • Develop core campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and creative idea territories aligned to client objectives.
  • Partner with creative leads to shape concepts that can live across social, web, paid media, PR, and offline channels.
  • Own the strategic narrative behind 'the big idea'—what tension it addresses, why it matters, and how it scales.

Integrated Campaign Planning

  • Craft omnichannel content strategies anchored in the customer journey.
  • Create audience personas, message hierarchies, and storytelling arcs across formats and platforms.
  • Contribute to campaign roadmaps, pitch decks, and performance reviews with a strategic lens.

Internal & Client Collaboration

  • Present and defend strategic work to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Partner with account leads, creatives, media planners, and data analysts to align on execution and measurement.
  • Guide junior team members in thinking beyond formats to strategic outcomes.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, content strategy, or brand/creative strategy roles—agency background preferred.
  • Proven track record of turning insights into campaignable ideas across channels.
  • Strong grasp of audience psychology, platform dynamics, and campaign funneling.
  • Confident communicator with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Ability to connect dots across data, culture, content, and client objectives.
