About the role

Join our dynamic team as an Integrated Project Manager, where you’ll drive creative adaptation media production for a leading fashion brand in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Working from one of our regional satellite studios, you’ll deliver projects for numerous markets in the region. Reporting to the Regional Producer, you’ll collaborate with regional teams and key stakeholders to drive impactful content production.

The Integrated Project Manager understands global brand campaign production cycles and has knowledge of universal print and moving image terminology. You will have experience across POS, OOH, Social Media, Online Video, TV and Cinema production, specifications and best practice. You will assess upcoming campaign volumes and scope, review SLA timings with the Regional Producer, and adapt to meet regional lead times to hit milestones.

You will review global and local pipeline activations across print and moving image channels, assess resource requirements, and ensure campaigns are briefed to the creative team in a timely and accurate manner. You will identify production overlaps and provide regular status updates to the Regional Producer.

You will motivate your direct team to excel, ensure effective communication across regional teams, and maintain alignment on overarching objectives. You will oversee end-to-end production, track milestones (e.g., translation requests, in-market price validation, client approvals, delivery), manage status, risks, and challenges for all deliverables and resources, and escalate production issues to the Regional Producer. Quality control and adherence to brand guidelines are essential, and you will be responsible for final delivery of campaign assets, performing a pre-delivery audit of all files and providing proof of delivery to stakeholders.

This role suits someone who thrives on shared successes and working with innovative processes and high-volume delivery. You are methodical, able to apply agile methodologies, and can foresee and mitigate risk. You should be comfortable producing large-volume multi-media campaigns and planning, tracking, and executing multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll have experience across print and moving image, with knowledge of common specs, ratios, resource needs, and final deliverable formats. You should already be an Integrated Project Manager seeking bigger challenges on a larger account to further hone your skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Creating bespoke timelines based on channel and market lead times.
  • Briefing creative studio on campaign specifics, timings, and scope.
  • Holding daily stand-ups with the creative team for live status tracking.
  • Communicating translation, creative adaptation, approvals, and deadlines to relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively assessing resource needs upstream to identify potential shortfalls.
  • Conducting real-time risk assessments and feeding campaign status back to the Regional Producer.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such as Media Agencies.
  • Supporting the Regional Producer on project planning, status, risks, and challenges.
  • Triage production issues from the creative team and escalate as needed.
  • Overseeing digital and print campaigns across owned and bought media, managing multiple campaigns, languages, and channels.
  • Driving precise campaign execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Supporting daily stand-up calls with offshore teams and providing escalation points to studio managers/PMs.
  • Reviewing global campaigns and forecast data to drive foresight of production needs.
  • Assessing resource needs for out-of-scope projects and supporting cost estimates.
  • Ensuring brand guardianship of local briefs and global guideline changes while rolling out local campaigns and local SLAs.
  • Performing robust QC on all deliverables and owning pieces of creative submitted to clients for review.
  • Managing final delivery of campaign deliverables to media vendors and notifying stakeholders.
  • Championing automation and future-facing ways of working.
What you need to be great in this role
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital, print and motion, covering owned and bought media.
  • Experience working with multiple campaigns, languages, and channels.
  • Demonstrated production experience on global brands with line management experience.
  • Strong account and project management skills, with experience managing onsite and offshore teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to drive successful campaign production lifecycles with real-time risk assessment and agile adaptation.
  • Proficient forecasting, resource management, and project burn rate.
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to innovation and new business growth.
  • Passion for and curiosity about AI and new technologies.
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial; the ability to learn and digest benefits and features is critical.

Our values shape everything we do:

  • Be imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible
  • Be always learning and listening to understand
  • Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations
